The 1 kg pack is a resealable plastic container with a distinctive square-round design that creates complexity in the capping process. In addition to the shape, accuracy is a significant factor in this application with torque measurements having a small window of range. The ACO Packaging Ltd fully automated capping machine, Model 'CAP 826', provides a solution that solves the challenge of accurate torque settings together with achieving the required speeds.
