V1 Vacuum filling machine for bottles

Single head vacuum operated filling machine for use with glass bottles that is both compact and easy to use.

A vacuum pump removes air from the bottle and draws the product from floor level into the bottle. Filling stops when the correct fill level is reached. V1 filling machines are ideal for fast level filling of free flowing products without particulates. Products such as wine, oils and spirits are ideal for vacuum filling.

All filling nozzles are manufactured in stainless steel as standard, as is the float, the vacuum adjustment, the adjustable column and the nozzle bracketry.
